打开GX-developer图标后出现以下提示：

   the  application will be down because of the windows environment (dao360)Retinstalling os is recommended or to excute the following command might recover the trouble .

  regsvr32"C:\program files \common files\microsoft shared\Dao\dao360.dll"

点击确定之后进入软件的界面，新建工程或者链接plc的时候会出现以下提示：

“0x0000000”指令引用的“0X00000000”内存。

该内存不能为“read”

要终止程序请单击“确定”

要调试程序请单击“取消”

请问各位老师这是什么原因？
