G3认证，即石化、化工等行业一些控制设备应具有防环境腐蚀的能力，应达到ANSI/ISA S71.04标准G3等级。

一些品牌的PLC介绍资料上均指出在上述行业有应用案例，不了解具体应用，估计西门子、施耐德、AB等PLC，有G3认证的产品。

1。施耐德 后缀带C的型号的 元器件 电路板和外壳材料采用特殊的防腐涂层，

      可以满足G3防腐蚀的要求。

      注意“可以满足G3防腐蚀的要求。”这种提法，我目前暂时没看到 施耐德Quantum 带C的型号有G3的证书。

2。 Rockwell-AB   的1794EX 系列本安防爆的 IO模块，有一部分部分有防腐蚀的G3 认证。

        1756系列反而没有。 但是最新的 1756-XT系列 和 1794-XT 系列全系列都有 G3认证。

         1756-XT 系列还包括了 CPU 机架和 CPU，通讯模块等器件。

3。   西门子 Simplus 系列宽温度产品系列 有G3证书。

         我仔细核查了下，还不是Simplus 全系列都有G3 证书， 是相当一部分有G3认证。

对于PLC的 IO 模块有G3认证德问题，我一一询问了各个知名厂家，得到的回答都是一样的，没有听说过G3认证，但是对于防腐方面都有自己的措施，采用一种蜡克技术，简单地说就是涂一层防腐漆，已达到G3要求。各厂家电话如下，大家有时间也可以咨询一下，态度都还是不错的：基本都是免费热线，大家可以放心的打，呵呵。

欧姆龙：010-65951906 这个没有免费热线，不知道怎么搞的，如大家有可告知我，费了我好几块的银子。

1.控制站的所有卡件（包括主控、I/O卡）应具有防环境腐蚀的能力，应达到ANSI/ISA S71.04标准G3等级，要有证书；

2.所有的部件都有G3认证证书 只怕不现实例如:

Honeywell的 E-PKS C200 主机头部分就没有，IO如果使用 AB OEM的A，B系列均没有；

西门子的如果要G3证书，需要在Siplus 系列中选择。成本极高。

ABB的 AC800F，AC800M 主机头均无G3 证书，IO 分有G3认证还没G3认证的，有认证的要贵30%左右，且货期比较长。

横河的 IO卡件 有相当一部分都有G3认证。
Emerson DeltaV 的有认证和无认证的区分，有G3的证书的，从控制器都IO全部都有。

西门子、施耐德、AB

关于 AB的 1738 系列 和 西门子的 ET200Pro 系列，

这是个 例外。

我查了起认证的证书，并没有发现 G3的证书，

但是实际上，确实 有很多在 化工 强腐蚀性气体 环境下工作的 例子，

而且相对 比很多 G3认证的模块还健壮！

他们是靠 IP67 的高防护等级 来实现的 防腐，

这类产品还包括有 图尔克。

外壳一般是 不锈钢，或者铝合金，或者 树脂。

电路板部分 不裸露。

所以只有把 外壳腐蚀穿 之后才会 影响到 内部的电路。

而要把这些 外壳腐蚀穿，看来 估计得个 十年八年的。

而那些有G3证书的模块，大部分采用的 常规IO模块的 电路板部分 用防腐涂层的 方法来实现的。

毕竟 这些常规模块都是空气对流散热的。

模块上的有散热孔， 腐蚀性气体会随着散热孔 进入 ，天长日久的 会腐蚀电路板。

有G3认证 也不是 不会坏，只是确实 比常规的 寿命长，耐腐蚀。

假如 IO没有 防腐的证书，不要说GX，G3，假设连G2都远远不能达到的话，怎么办？

建议， 柜体做 密封处理，

然后里边冲 氮气，或者洁净的压缩空气，

然后再柜内 做几个风机，实现内循环。

这样，洁净的空气在内部对流循环 散热。

基本上不接触 外部的 强腐蚀性气体，

IO的寿命也能长一些。

PLC有G3认证，同样柜体包括柜体内其他的元器件也得达到才能用到石化、化工场合?

非也，关键还是柜体本身。比如目前一般PLC的标准都不能用在2000米以上的海拔高度上，但仍然再用；

目前华锐的海上风机，元器件都能达到海上的要求吗？不一定需要呀，可以用空调的呀......

厂家技术支持 不知道 G3 防腐蚀认证，

是因为他们层次比较低，

很多厂家的 技术支持 都是比较片面的。

真正要实现防腐蚀，要做一大堆的工作，

IO是其中最重要的部件，所以对这块的要求严格一些，

不是说其他的 就不要求。

例如 开关电源就有 G3 认证的 和 非G3 认证的，

IO的接线电缆 也有G3 和 非G3的区分，

不过机柜厂家 好像 完全不知道 G3认证是个啥，

不过机柜也是有 防腐蚀设计的！

AB的1771系列，1794系列PLC都带有涂层，估计是符合G3标准，我也没找到证书，AB的证书如下：
